45 .Kill the “Most Frequently Used”(MFU) list instead of Banning

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft \Windows \CurrentVersion \Policies\
Explorer. Create a new DWORD called NoStartMenuMFUprogramsList and give it a value
of 1. You'll have to reboot or log off and back on for the setting to take effect. You have now managed to get kick the MFU list out of you menu.
